She Leads Florida is directed by Pastor Jearlyn Dennie.  Pastor Jearlyn has dedicated her life to serving the Lord and His people. As a woman of distinction herself, Pastor Jearlyn understands the principal of giving honor where honor is due.

In 2023 Pastor Jearlyn was invited to She Leads America events and when she met Liz Doyle, the founder of She Leads America, she knew she had found a mission she could support and bring to the great state of Florida.

She Leads Florida launched in 2024, with the first Honoree Gala being held in March of that year.
