“The Holy Spirit whispered your name in my ear,” said Liz Doyle, Executive Director and Founder of She Leads America, to Jearlyn Dennie. In that moment, Jearlyn knew she had found her “tribe.” After much prayer and with the encouragement of her She Leads sisters, she felt called to bring this beautiful and inspiring organization to her home state—to honor those who honor God.
She Leads Florida is led by Pastor Jearlyn Dennie, a devoted servant of the Lord with a deep passion for ministry and leadership. As a woman of distinction, she embraces the principle of giving honor where honor is due.
In 2022 and 2023, Pastor Jearlyn was invited to attend several She Leads America events with Dr. Alveda King. Upon meeting Liz Doyle, she recognized a mission that resonated deeply with her spirit—one she felt compelled to champion in Florida.
She Leads Florida officially launched in 2024, with its inaugural Honoree Gala held in March of that year.

As a dynamic, diverse organization of accomplished Christian women from across the Nation, She Leads America offers perspective that can only come from hundreds of leaders representing a broad spectrum of influence. We provide a framework to link interdisciplinary perspectives, centered in the Bible. We share resources: ideas, people, strategic thinking.
